The portal allows maintenance staff to review the status of the devices and communicators.
Administration
It allows an operator to control and monitor the notifications issued for effective maintenance management. Fully customizable messages give notification of an device activation alert and battery low power notification
Output
The portal issues a notification of activation and service messages to an unlimited number of mobiles and email addresses designated by the site operating team.
The form of the message and the message type can be selected for each team member depending on their function, i.e.

Maintenance engineer who will get notification to investigate

Management engineer who will ensure the system is returned to full operation after the alert and report to the wider team

System administrator who will oversee the process
The type of output is available to suit desk based and mobile engineers
Mobile notifications also have facility for message recipient to confirm receipt of message, this allows tracking of action to investigate during and post investigation
